We take a raw cashews from the farm and then processing it by starting with boiling them under high stem or water. Then after drying them under the sun for several days like 3, it’s followed by removing the outer hard layer (peeling), and finally the inner layer. The next step of processing is by putting the cashews into cooking oil so as to make them more delicious and brownish in color and the other way in by using oven for baking purpose. So this results into three different types of cashew, the white, baked pale brown and roasted deeper brown cashew. My business had potential because it first increase the value of cashews by since the price increases with more processing, it reduce the dependence level for the investors who buys raw cashews with price which is less advantageous to the farmer, it reduces the hunger since processed cashews can be used as a food or bites and lastly it plays a role as source of income to fulfill our basic needs and even eliminating hunger problem.
