AGRA-PALM SL Ltd is a social enterprise that offers smallholder palm oil farmers quick, reliable and efficient palm oil extraction technology, improved seeds and market linkages. Our model focuses on dealing with naturally occurring Palm trees, empowering palm oil farmers & reducing wastage of the palm oil fruit. We work closely with smallholder farmers without taking ownership of their land & enforcing mono-cropping.
We will ensure that smallholders adopt the best agricultural practices and make investments in their processing equipment by providing them with a mini palm oil processing mill(hub). This mini palm oil mill increases yields & reducing wastage of palm fruit.
Our model helps to boost revenue for smallholders as we purchase their produce (Palm Nut) during palm oil production while they harvest from their palm fruits plantations. This approach makes it a win-win for the Environment.
