Team
The ADJIYON project is carried out by a team of 15 dynamic young people with cross-skills, including 7 women and 8 men. The promoter ensures both the administrative management of a secretary and the responsibility for the conduct of production activities with 4 young people as manoeuvres. The planning is carried out by a monitoring and evaluation manager who coordinates business strategies and contacts with agricultural cooperatives, and also assists the extension team consisting of 4 people including an extension officer and three agronomist engineers. We also have a communication team of 3 people headed by a woman and a tax professional. It operates under contract of service, as is the extension and communication team. Workers also combine their task of producing fertilizers with agricultural production on the firm’s experimental farm.
