Having run an online shop for two years, I have learned and gained experience in sales and marketing online. This has prompted me to gain more knowledge on e-commerce businesses and digital marketing.
Given the opportunity, I would use my e-commerce website not only to sell just any products but the high quality products and services produced by small enterprises which have been established as a solution to unemployment among the youth. With the e-commerce website and application of digital marketing tools, I can make sure the products reach the global target market and hence increase revenue, and create more jobs through expansion of these enterprises.
