At Baobab Network, we’re always excited about the future of innovation across Africa. After some in-depth research, we’ve identified key areas where we believe the next wave of transformative startups will emerge.

The Baobab Network’s opportunity for African founders offers several key benefits designed to empower and scale innovative startups across the continent. One of the most significant advantages is the provision of $100,000 in funding, which serves as crucial early-stage capital to kickstart business growth. This financial support is complemented by a transformative accelerator program that includes two weeks of intensive consulting followed by three months of hands-on support from experienced venture partners and a network of industry experts.

Eligibility is open to African founders whose startups have demonstrated traction. The program specifically targets tech-oriented companies that have developed a minimum viable product (MVP) or can validate market demand for their ideas. Participants will receive tailored mentorship, access to a network of investors, and resources essential for scaling their businesses.

As we continue our mission to back Africa’s best entrepreneurs, we’re thrilled to share our Call for Startups (CFS) for the second half of 2024. If you or someone you know is building in these spaces, we’d love to connect and explore how we can support your journey.
