Founded in 2007, SP Ventures is one of the most traditional Venture Capital managers in the country. Through Equity Investment Funds (FIP), we temporarily acquire equity participation in small or medium size companies with innovative technologies and high growth potential in the medium term.
We actively participate in the management of the company for a period compatible with the duration of the fund. We support the entrepreneur in overcoming the main challenges to achieve exponential growth, whether commercial, development, hiring, or internationalization.
By introducing the best corporate governance practices, governed by ICVM 391, we guarantee the professional management of the portfolio and the alignment with the investors’ interests.
The investor’s return comes from the sale of the stake acquired in the companies after the period of intensive value generation. Divestment results from the exit to other investment funds, strategic players in the chain in which the invested company is inserted, or public offering (IPO).
