Pan-African Tech Foundation

Transforming Africa through technology

Young people account for 23.5% of the 38.1% estimated total working poor in sub-Saharan Africa.

Young girls tend to be more disadvantaged than young men in access to work and experience worse working conditions than their male counterparts. Employment in the informal economy is the norm.

Our mission is to promote of entrepreneurship with technology as a gender-neutral solution and source of empowerment enabling continent-wide access to emerging technologies, through training and education resources for ages 5 to 35. We will also nurture and support the development of indigenous African technological solutions to address unique African challenges.
