Open University of West Africa

OUWA provides access to free and low-cost online classes. The university attracts students from across Ghana (with a vision for all of ECOWAS) to participate in massive open online courses, “MOOCs”, from leading institutions of higher education. OUWA also partners with University of the People to offer affordable and accredited Associates and Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science. Students  work from various OUWA partner spaces. At these locations students have access to computers to watch lectures, engage in peer-to-peer learning, work on group projects and take exams.
