IMPAQTO Capital Fund I is an impact investing fund that uses flexible capital to support the growth of early-stage social enterprises in the Andean Region. We address the early-stage financing gap, which represents an enormous challenge for entrepreneurs and an un-addressed investment opportunity. We innovate by using investment structures that meet the needs of entrepreneurs while reducing risk for investors, primarily revenue-based financing instruments that offer structured exits and flexible terms. The Fund invests in Andean Region social enterprises that have market validation and are generating deep impact, with a focus on education, health, agroindustry and food supply chains, and environmental solutions.
