We are an independent, independent organization that works to bridge gaps in inequality for women and promote their active participation in economic development.

Our purpose

Generate initiatives and programs that strengthen personal and business capabilities, especially of women entrepreneurs in vulnerable socioeconomic situations; we encourage knowledge generation; and we make social impact investments.

We work primarily for and with women; and we recognize the participation of men in the construction of gender equality. We understand the importance of promoting relationships of respect and equity.

We work on the basis of entrepreneurship as a mechanism for income generation, welfare and economic development.

We direct our actions primarily to the vulnerable socio-economic population in order to contribute to the construction of a decent living project that improves their quality of life and that of their families.
