What is the Lead School?

It is an experience of experiential leadership that focuses on delivering knowledge on issues of social innovation, creative tools and skills for personal development. Our goal is to form, connect and visit new leadership through the development of challenges that strengthen personal capabilities, connect with social problems and propose changes through projects.

What are the benefits?

What is the methodology?

We reinvent ourselves, the methodology of the program focuses on the application of the 4 elements of nature (air, fire, earth and water), each element is associated with an evolutionary and transformative component that will allow the new generation of leaders to discover their personal potential and to develop capabilities, skills and strategies to connect with their social environment.

    1. . Learning: 6 days of co-learning: leadership, social innovation and desing thinking.
    2. WATER. Development: staff 4 days of personal development: meditation, vocalization techniques, and creativity.
    3. AIR. Connection: 4 Evolutionary RETOS
    4. FIRE. ​Purpose: Development and prototyping of personal project; and PITCH of qualifiers.

    Normal payment until 20 October: 85.00 USD

    Schedules: Learning: Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00

    Personal development and challenges: Saturdays from 15:00 to 19:00
