We imagine a world free of systemic oppression, in which all people can fully exercise their rights and live in an equitable and inclusive society. In order to create such a world, it is essential that at global and local level we face the historical and structural obstacles of the dominant models of governance that lead to marginalization and discrimination.

Changemakers Everywhere Academy is the result of the collaboration between American Express and Ashoka to favor emerging leaders in addressing the most pressing challenges of society. Good governance is the institutionalization of systems to equitably and effectively meet needs and ensure the well-being of ALL community members.
