AGDC Employability & Enterprise Development Ltd/ GTE is a social enterprise set up as a Career Centre to create opportunities that give people access to a continuum of programs and services designed to develop their competencies, employment skills, and career awareness, enabling them to support themselves, their families and increase their quality of life, and to ensure that employers have access to a highly skilled and employable workforce.

AGDC is therefore positioned as a “transformational vehicle” for helping individuals become more productive, employable, entrepreneurial and better able to define and pursue appropriate and rewarding career paths both within and outside the corporate environment.

AGDCs’ flagship programs include the Graduate Employability and Work Readiness Credential currently run under the title ‘WINGS ( workplace Intelligent Nigerian Graduates Symposium- a re-training & reorientation program that ensures individuals turn up on their first day at work groomed to be value-adding assets to their employers and the High Potential Graduate Program, an intensive development program that impacts core managerial and leadership competences into Nigeria’s prospective workforce.
