African Food Changemakers (AFC)

AFC is proud to announce the launch of the Leading African Women in Food Fellowship, an ambitious program aimed at supporting changemakers who are making outstanding contributions/impact in the African food ecosystem. This initiative will amplify, celebrate, champion, and advance the work of these female food changemakers.

Fellows will be selected through a structured nomination process, reviewed by expert independent judges, and announced in April 2023

Who should apply?

• Women only
• Ages 25-40 years
• At least THREE years’ experience working in the agri-food sector.
• Demonstrable impact
• A citizen of an African country
• A resident of at least one African country as at the time of application
