Zwakalisa Delivery Systems On demand service multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace

Zwakalisa will be a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace operating on an on-demand service model. Users can order food, drinks, medicine, groceries and household items from restaurants, dark kitchens, supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores and street food vendors. Customers will place an order, checkout on the app, and have the order delivered at their doorstep and workplace. The Zwakalisa app will also have a small package delivery component where users can request for collection of small parcels from one location to be delivered at another location across town. The company will operate the delivery aspect by having drivers who will use scooters and e-bikes and will also contract local scooter drivers. Our town and nearby districts do not experience the convenience that comes with these platforms, there is none operating in the entire region at the moment. We will be the first. This presents an opportunity as there is a glaring need.
