Zunaya From African nursing learners to German employers – connected.

ZUNAYA is a digital education platform that offers African learners access to theoretical training based on the official German nursing curriculum. Through our app, candidates complete modules that mirror the content of the German nursing Training (Ausbildung).

Once learners build strong profiles, they are matched with verified German employers who are actively seeking international candidates. These employers offer sponsorships and cover visa, relocation, and training costs — creating a clear path into Germany’s healthcare system.

Our school partnerships across Morocco provide free access to ZUNAYA, enabling hundreds of students to prepare for a career abroad. Meanwhile, German employers gain direct access to motivated, pre-qualified candidates.

We aim to reach 10,000 users, partner with 100+ schools, and facilitate 500+ placements in our first year — making ZUNAYA a scalable, tech-enabled bridge between global nursing talent and Germany’s urgent labor needs.
