Team ZED is led by Kristin Strong, Co-Founder, and Olou JP Koucoi, Co-Founder & CEO. Olou leads on-the-ground operations, government engagement, and regional expansion in West Africa. Kristin leads partnerships, capital strategy, and international growth. Together, they combine deep local market expertise with global experience in clean energy, impact investing, and institutional partnerships. The team is supported by operational staff in Benin and international technical advisors across mobility, finance, and energy infrastructure.
