Yellow Door Apartments are design conscious, moderately priced, strategically located and sized, short let apartments. We started with one unit in 2019 and have grown to 10 units of studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. We believe that we have found a secret sauce to operating the business with very high profitability and we are ready to grow the business. With an average repeat guest stay rate of 65% and average monthly occupancy of 90%, our plan is to grow our inventory in Abuja and then grow to 3 other strategically selected African cities to build a pan African boutique hospitality brand.
