XRG has six co-founders made up of a mix of techies, instructional system design experts, serial entrepreneurs, business development specialists and agricultural advisors. One co-founder is Rwandan, one South African, one grew up since age five in East Africa and speaks fluent Amarhic but of American nationality and the other 3 are also American only one of whom is based in the US.
