Angelo is the founder of Karisimbi Technology Solutions Ltd. He has a background in information technology with a focus on software engineering and product design. He attended the University of Kigali (Rwanda) in the information technology department. He has worked developed businesses and worked with various corporate giving him a diverse set of skills and experience.

Jean-Paul Balinda – Co-Founder/Medical Advisor
Jean-Paul is a healthcare professional and business owner at Shema Clinic, a private medical practice located in Kanombe, Kigali, Rwanda. His role at KTS was crucial, especially during its early days when he helped in shaping the design and development of XanaHealth. He currently works as a Cancer Diseases Senior Officer/NCDs at Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC).
