WorkStability started as a response to the high rent fees administration costs SME owners are faced with in Dominica. The idea was to offer affordable professional coworking spaces where entrepreneurs can reduce overhead costs and access administration services.
Data showed that one of the major obstacles to business growth is limited exposure especially when it comes to an established online presence.
We have since incorporated media production and public relations as an integral component of our business model and currently seeking funding to grow.
As an alternative to traditional funding, I have written a book “Caribbean Brain Drain: Symptoms and Solutions” which I intended to use as a lead magnet on Indigogo and Kickstarter. Unfortunately, none of these platforms are open to citizens of the Caribbean.
