Team
Wilocate has two shareholders with the founder owning 97% of the company. The vibrant and very ambitious team is comprised of the following:
Wika Kawina: Founder and director responsible for business development, team management, strategy and operations. Wika has 5 years experience in SME development initiatives and she has a MSc degree in Project Management.
Naomi Kawina: 3% shareholder and Director. Naomi is not active in the business.
Nancy Chanda: Nancy is a marketing professional and has been responsible for Wilocate’s social media presence since 2021. She is responsible for content creation and graphical design for all our marketing campaigns.
Wongani Botha: Wongani holds a Bsc in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Arizona. Wongani is Wilocate’s tech consultant, he developed our current website and web app which he currently maintains.
In addition to the team members above, Wilocate has up to 15 part time positions that work as packers.
