Wellness Microcare was designed to reduce the morbidity and mortality rates of hypertension and diabetes in pregnant women, young and ageing (35 years and above) population group. This innovation will bridge the gap caused by the lack of correct diagnosis, inadequate qualified medical personnel, accurate medical records, and inadequate and non-functional health facilities experienced in the Ajegunle and Makoko areas of Lagos state. Microcare is both a soft and hardware service business model. Through our agency model, we will be able to serve the serving community in Nigeria; the agent visits the people to check their vital ( Blood pressure, blood sugar, oxygen level and weight ), and then send the data through cloud computing where the document provides health intervention through telemedicine by giving prescription or referral (convenience, peace of mind, improved wellbeing, and quick access to care).
