We Do Bamboo is Kenya’s first and only manufacturer of bamboo composites; durable, sustainable boards for decking, cladding, and construction.

Kenya loses thousands of hectares of forest to timber demand each year, while 133,000 hectares of bamboo (95% untapped) sit idle. With $100M in annual timber imports and no local composite manufacturer, we are the only company turning that opportunity into a scalable, certified product.

From our Nairobi factory, we run three revenue streams from one raw material: bamboo composite boards, bamboo raw materials (chips, poles and powder), and biomass feedstock.

Our boards combine bamboo powder with 100% recycled HDPE plastic. It is weatherproof, low-maintenance, minimal carbon footprint.

Factory operational since Q4 2025 and revenue growing rapidly.
