Wazima Health is Sub-Saharan Africa’s integrated wrap-around remote monitoring and diagnostics Telemedicine & health management solution which provides point of care screening, access to medical providers, access to medicines and support for continuous care.

Incorporated in 2016 with a core objective of improving Africa’s access to continuous care particularly for those who are affected by Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and women’s health challenges using tools which promote healthcare providers & patient engagement and management whilst also increasing patient access.

Wazima Health supports multi-sector healthcare providers in engaging with and accessing patients for early diagnosis, monitoring, and follow up. Patients & Corporate Organisations can directly access these healthcare providers via a simple link.
