Waykana was founded in 2015 with the support of founders and angel investors who strongly believe that direct economic impact could be created in indigenous communities in the Amazon while at the same time supplying the world with healthy and balanced ingredients. We are healthy lifestyle and wellness ingredient company that started the project working with Ilex Guayusa, one of the most caffeinated herbs in the world. Today we export Guayusa, Moringa, and Cinnamon leaf. During our five years of existence we have dedicated all our resources to establishing the most high-quality driven value chain for this unique product called Guayusa. We have grown at a fast pace that has required us to build the most innovative and one-of-a-kind green leaf machinery in the industry. With over thirty tons per month of drying and packaging capacity we have been able to become the biggest diversification exporter for Guayusa, from Latin American, to the USA, Europe, Asia and even Australia.
