Waste2Light is a Nigerian youth-led clean energy social enterprise that designs and manufactures small-scale wind, hydro, and hybrid wind–solar systems using recycled plastic and electronic waste.

Our solutions provide reliable, affordable electricity to off-grid and underserved communities while addressing Nigeria’s growing plastic and e-waste pollution. By locally fabricating renewable energy systems, we significantly reduce costs compared to imported alternatives and promote circular economy practices.

Waste2Light integrates innovation, recycling, and community training to create green jobs for young people and build local technical capacity. Our modular energy systems are suitable for households, schools, clinics, and small businesses, supporting climate resilience and sustainable development.
