WamiAgro deploys digital solutions to help smallholder farmers in Ghana to have access to training and information services on modern farm practices, storage and agric-commerce. We also offer farmers access to financial aid in the form of farm inputs and mechanized harvesting. More also, we create market linkages for these smallholder farmers through off-taker agreements.
Our digital solutions includes a digital portal that has a comprehensive database of the individual farmers and their farmer groups. We also offer farm value chain management system which increases the efficiency and yield of farmers. Our B2B e-commerce platform gives farmers onboard access to institutional buyers.
WamiAgro thrives on already existing social infrastructure. Most smallholder farmers are members of farmer groups with formalized operations which makes them more credible for aid from financial institutions. These farmer-based groups have the endorsement of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture.
