The core team of VitaRoot NutriBio Group Ltd.
is a young, multidisciplinary, and highly motivated group focused on transforming local agricultural resources into innovative, nutritious, and market-ready functional food and beverage products. It is led by a founder & food biotechnology specialist who drives R&D, innovation, and strategic direction to address challenges like malnutrition, post-harvest losses, and youth unemployment through food biotechnology. The team also includes a food technologist (product development, quality control, and food safety), a microbiology & fermentation specialist (fermentation, natural preservation, and functional nutrition), and a marketing & business development officer (branding, market access, and distribution). Key strengths include innovation, teamwork, technical expertise, problem-solving, and a sustainability mindset, using local raw materials such as sugarcane, ginger, beetroot, pineapple, moringa, and sweet potatoes.
