These ratios show that access to care is a daily challenge. MEDICSYS (https://medicsys.live), developed by Vision IT, is a digital platform that aims to reduce inequalities in access to care by connecting patients to healthcare services, wherever they are. The MedicRdv(https://www.medic-rdv.com) platform for remote medical appointments, including teleconsultation and home sampling. We have already recorded over 10,000 registered patients, 23,000 appointments booked, 74% of which concern gynecology, and 8 partner healthcare structures. The Medicpharma platform is awaiting approval, a solution dedicated to pharmaceutical management, enabling quotation requests, secure purchasing and potentially home delivery of medicines within 15min to 25m
