Village Seed Bank (VSB) Project was initiated by the members of Youth for Life Uganda. The project will support the members who are predominantly peasant farmers to generate their seeds for planting and offer some for sale to the general public to raise income. Each of the 6000 members will be provided with initial seeds and will be encouraged to plant at least one acre of Maize, Soya beans or Simsim.
