Team Victoria Fishing Cooperative Society LTD is led by a dedicated and experienced team committed to advancing sustainable aquaculture and improving livelihoods in the Lake Victoria region. Our cooperative consists of more than 80 active members, with a strong focus on youth and women, who actively participate in fish farming, feed production, marketing, and cooperative management.The leadership team combines expertise in aquaculture, cooperative governance, business management, finance, and community development.
