VENCO offers software-as-a-service to multi-tenanted properties. On our platform, facility managers are equipped to automate procedures like utility vending, visitor and issue management, and bill collection. VENCO provides finance solutions such as financing smart meters and other CAPEX spending.
With 50% urban population and persistent demand for housing, an efficient way to provide housing is through multi-tenant developments, which will lead to increased demand for platforms like VENCO. We expect the demand for such solutions to be roughly in line with the growth in urbanization. VENCO has seen a 98% increase in number of communities and 140% increase in number of property units on the platform from Dec 2021 – Dec 2022 at 200 communities and 12,000 units, respectively.
