Tomás has been an entrepreneur for +15 years. After several startups, he decided to create a pre-acceleration program for early stage startups in 2010 and lead for +7 years. During this experience, he achieved a solid background in agile methodologies with a great focus in lean startup and scrum. After several years working with tech startups and not having a technical background, he became a Full Stack Developer. After that he founded Ruedas (early stage of uils) decided to implement and apply everything he had learnt during his previous experience.
Josefina (economist) has worked for important regional projects in the banking industry. Focused on product development and being a Full Stack Developer, she has acquired solid skills to lead developers and designers to achieve incredible results in a timely manner.
Ale has been working with startups +10 years. Focused in finance and operations, he has been one of the most committed founders that took Ideas Factory to the next level.
