Team
The founding team of Ubadi is made up of four ambitious software entrepreneurs with 15 years of combined experience in product development & marketing, design thinking, and business development.
The team is led by Somto Chike-Nwaka, a lawyer, a result-driven partnership negotiator, and a data-informed marketing expert. Yaw Antwi Owusu who leads Product development and operations has experience in connecting user needs to business goals.
Poga Kuofie lead technology development has over five years of experience leading technical teams and has built applications for leading brands such as MTN. Philip Frempong leads business development and finance he worked as a Sales Executive for Leshego, one of Ghana’s premier lending institutions where he learned a lot about the Ghanaian financial industry.
The founding team has known each other for about a year and has worked on several projects together while they were EITs at MEST Africa.
