My team will have board of advisors responsible of advising the board members on how best to run the organisation, managing director in charge of managing the organization, laying company rules, vision, mission and objectives, and attending management meetings, Human Resource Department responsible for recruiting and training skilled employees, Finance Department in charge of all financial transactions, Administration Department in charge of monitoring the performance of the employees, reception and secretarial work, I.T officer in charge of networking and technical issues, Sales and Production Department in charge of production of quality products and sales, Public Relations Department oversees and manages all marketing platforms.
