TJP is a SARL created in August 2023 by two jobs and training professionals. TJP works in a consortium with the firm Digital Indicator, which capitalizes on 05 years of experience. TJP promoters have more than 15 years of experience in the vocational integration of young people. In their careers, they facilitated the insertion of more than 35,000 young people. TJP offers, qualifying training services, self-employment, business placement, coaching for entrepreneurs, coaching of training centres. In one year of operation, TJP entered into 07 contracts for training, equipping and coaching young people with 04 partners, including NGOs and companies for an amount of 133 million. 333 young people, 73 % of whom are from rural areas, were trained in 02 or 03 months of training with an insertion rate of 82 %. TJP has technical training trays in 15 trades and one internat (200 seats). TJP works with companies and MFIs.
