We deploy resilient, hybrid-powered hubs featuring Tier 3 DC fast chargers (480 kW) that can charge an EV in 20–30 minutes. Our scalable model begins with a pilot in Lagos before expanding to other major cities and rolling out nationwide.

Revenue is generated from charging services (at >60% gross margin), fleet contracts with ride-hailing and logistics operators, subscriptions, and on-site advertising. With a CAPEX of ~$357k per hub and a payback period of under four years, TRIAMUT offers compelling unit economics and rapid ROI.
