The company is 100% 0wned awoman and Cornelius Wasike the MD who oversees the entire activities of the company. Three departments under him include Marketing, sales, Demand and supply, Human Resource & Finance Production & Quality assurance. Fatima, Production manager is in charge of the production & quality control of briquettes made. Halima HR Manager has excellent interview skill, Good communicator and conflict management, employee document record and accountating skill. Damacilyne Marketing sales demand and supply Manager has Good record of implementing sales strategies, able to exceed revenue targets, Experienced in marketing from concept through development and marketing, strategy implementation, good personality and communication skill. We currently have a team of 12 permanent staff and 4 casuals.
