Our mission is promoting the value of work in Venezuelan society and thus the dignity of the person through education for work. Our three areas of action are: 1) Development and implementation of work education programs aimed at entrepreneurship, employment or self-employment, especially for young people and women in vulnerable situations; 2) Promoting the sustainability of job training centers; 3) Promotion of a greater diffusion of the work culture in all its expressions. We have implemented our own methodology (Emprender 360) that we apply in different social programs carried out in 14 states of the country and in more than 20 allied training centers, have benefited more than 2,600 people in trades and entrepreneurship, 500 trainers and has impacted more than 10,000 people, through alliances with 5 universities, 7 foundations and more than 15 national and international companies. We are working to scale our impact in new sectors in Venezuela.
