Toweo Revolutionize the fresh juice value chain in Africa

Toweo is a two-sided business network model that connects the supply of high-quality raw materials to the high demand for locally affordable processed products.
Our goal is to provide healthy & affordable fresh juices to Africa’s urban population by creating a complete value chain from small-scale farmers to the mass market.

For that, we have developed a network of small processing units managed and run by Farmers Cooperatives and a network of Dilution Distribution Partners (DDP) to supply restaurants in formal and informal settlements areas in Nairobi with fresh juice for sales.

We are an impact business (having an impact on both the production and distribution side) with strong unit economics.

That model is competitive (30% production cost lower than competitors), profitable for all the stakeholders of the value chain (35% raw margin on average), and highly scalable (permitted by a strong franchise model, which develops entrepreneurial spirit among the youth).
