When a customer places an order for any of the current products listed on any of the sales platforms, by virtue of the his/her location, we connect him/her to the closest registered farmer that majors on that produce. (We are using this proximity technology to reduce distance of travel in delivery of the order, thereby cutting down on the carbon footprint).
The farmer goes to the farm, harvest and processes it for delivery. Our delivery team before going with the order checks for conformity to standards. Where there is default or doubt about compliance, such product isn’t accepted from the farmer. (But since our launch, none of our farmers has defaulted in following the standard of processing orders). This helps us keep to our promise of freshness and proper hygiene of products.
