TILAA;is a social impact company registered under the laws of Ghana.we integrate beekeeping and cashew plantation for the production and processing of;organic honey,beeswax,bee jelly,pollen,bee stings,cashew nuts and animals feed from pruned cashew leaves.we do this with a network of 500 women out-growers.we trained them on the best practices of integrated beekeeping and cashew plantation,land management,climate mitigation and adaptation,distribute beehives and cashew seedlings to them,offer them extension and tractor services,buy the products from them,package and distribute to both local and international market.this is to create sustainable jobs for the poor rural women,who would have being burning bush for bushmeat.emitting carbon dioxide into the atmosphere,cutting down trees for charcoal,that serve as carbon sinks and last defense against desertification and also overgraze the land with their animals.
