These Hands GSSE is a global for profit social enterprise based in Botswana which supports rural community innovators and entrepreneurs in developing countries. As an enabler for international development work, they have also developed a social media platform that is dedicated to international development and co-creative design work and does not require internet to use.
The IDIN-SADC Consortium project is a regional focused grassroots innovation ecosystem of makers, builders, trainers and supporters in Botswana, Zambia, Namibia and Tanzania that:
1. Champions the vision of the International Development Innovation Network (IDIN) and its collaborative design approach to technology and community development;
2. Links the Southern African Development Community (SADC) to a global network of innovators and social entrepreneurs.
