The World Continuing Education Alliance (Wcea) EIS investment opportunity

The World Continuing Education Alliance (WCEA) has developed the
largest & fastest growing healthcare network in Africa, through the
provision of continuing education, to healthcare professionals
(doctors, nurses, midwives, clinical officers & pharmacists).

The platform is used by over 730,000 verified professionals across
28 African Countries, who have taken over 7 million courses in the
past 3 years.

Between 2020 and 2022, WCEA’s focus has been network growth,
with monetization starting in 2023. During the first quarter of 2023,
WCEA’s revenue was $590K, against a full-year forecast of $2.5M,
presently forecast to grow year-on-year by $1.5M.

We are seeking an investment of $2.5M against a valuation of $25M to
accelerate our growth and deliver a high-value company (in excess
of $100M) with a 2-year exit strategy.
