Team The Toolkit for Skills and Innovation team is a multidisciplinary group of professionals dedicated to advancing workforce development through technology-enabled, industry-driven skills training. Our expertise spans TVET, renewable energy, manufacturing, construction, digital skills, Virtual Reality (VR) learning, research, monitoring and evaluation, partnerships, and project management. We design and implement innovative training solutions that equip youth and women with industry-relevant technical and digital skills aligned with labour market needs. Working closely with industry, training institutions, government, and development partners, we facilitate technical certification, employment, and entrepreneurship pathways. Through evidence-based programming and continuous innovation, we deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that improve employability, productivity, and sustainable livelihoods across Africa.
