Building and operating solar powered malls as “pulsating” centers for business, trading, services and leisure. Solarkiosk has already a network of 69 solar powered metal kiosks (“E-HUBBs”) throughout Rwanda which will be upgraded to rural centers (“THE PULSE Centers”). The E-HUBBs are both a retail and wholesale shop (the “anchor business”) as well as the electricity provider for other premises that will be built around the E-HUBB.
The 3 revenue streams are:
1.) B2C retail of a broad range of consumer goods and services.
2.) B2B wholesale for local retailers.
3.) B2B renting of equipped and powered premises within THE PULSE Centers to local entrepreneurs, national and international companies, GOs and NGOs.
