Team The Orange Pair is founder-led, with responsibility for vision, strategy, partnerships, capital allocation, and long-term growth. Daily operations will be led by experienced hospitality professionals selected through a disciplined hiring process focused on leadership, operational excellence, and exceptional guest service. The leadership team will include a General Manager, Executive Chef, Beverage Manager, Membership & Guest Experience Manager, Events Manager, Finance & Administration Manager, Marketing Manager, Human Resources Manager, Security Manager, and Facilities Manager. Each department will recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams that reflect The Orange Pair’s standards.
