The Kaya Network Learn.Connect.Impact

Kayalift is a Kenyan start-up focused on empowering young Africans in the field of Information and Technology to get good employment opportunities. The founders were inspired to start the business by the large number of unemployed Kenyan graduates despite most of them having the necessary skills to get them jobs and internships.
​Kaya plans to solve the problem by helping developers improve their skills by exposing them to numerous tests and informational resources hence increasing their employability. Further, CodeKaya will hold events such as hackathons and Career fairs to create networking opportunities between potential employers and employees.
