The Good Acre is a nonprofit food hub in Falcon Heights, Minnesota. It’s our mission to connect and strengthen farmers, food makers, and communities through good food. Our programs are designed to help improve marketplace opportunities for small local farmers, giving more consumers greater access to healthy produce and making our local economy more resilient. With farm-to-school focused vocational culinary training, one-on-one grower support services, a 500-member farm share, commercial kitchen rental, warehousing, and the operation of a robust local foods wholesale program, The Good Acre is an example of what an innovative food hub can do.
